All school and student registrations for all testing should be sent to:

All general and senior belt testing fees and names must be sent to KIA National Headquarters to arrive two weeks prior to the member's testing date.

General / Senior Belt Testing

KIA Member's Responsibility:
1) Testing fee should be paid to the school director / administrator two weeks prior to the testing date. Each KIA School should describe this procedure to the member.
2) Registration Form should be mailed / faxed to KIA National Headquarters to arrive two weeks prior to the testing date. Registration Form includes:
      a) KIA Member's name (as they want it printed on their certificate).
      b) Current KIA National Membership number.
      c) Rank for which they will be testing.
      d) Last testing date.
      e) Current KIA Log sheets signed by KIA Class A Certified Instructor.

All Senior & Black belt candidates:
1) All senior and black belt candidates must have participated in at least one National Event in the past 12 months in order to be eligible for testing.
2) All black belt (pre-dan) candidates must be active, participating members at KIA events; All-dojo workout, Kick-a-thon, assisting KI points tournaments, etc., and must provide assistance to the event coordinators in any way they can.

KIA School Director / Chief Instructor / Administrator's Responsibility:
1) Testing fees and testing list should be sent to the KIA National Headquarters to arrive two weeks prior to the testing date.
2) Testing List which includes:
      a) KIA Member's Names (as they will appear on their certificates)
      b) Candidates current KIA National Membership Numbers.
      c) Rank to which each member will be testing.
      d) Last testing date of each member.
3) Following test, results list signed by testing director will be sent to KIA National Headquarters
